Excellent,our gas boiler was damaged in the storm. We had a new boiler and a wall mounted cabinet fitted. The two guy where very professional and skilled in what they did. They removed all the debris from site left it tidy. Well pleased with final job on completion. Would highly recommend Refresh NI.

I went with this company for insulation through the NISEP scheme. They weren’t able to do the wall insulation due to my house location but they were able to carry out the loft insulation. The installation workers were excellent. They were polite, hardworking and very tidy. Also the guy that came out to do the surveys was a nice guy even if he did make some errors on measurements for flooring which would have cost me a lot more. Unfortunately though the overall experience was let down by poor communication from the office. The surveyor confirmed the loft ladders I had at my house, ready to install were the recommended type but when the guys came they said they couldn’t install these and I would need a joiner which would cost a lot more than already agreed. Which was very disappointing as I had cancelled a company that would have installed the ladders 2 weeks prior to the insulation! The ‘manager’ in the office was useless, didn’t know much and didn’t once apologise once for the issues. The guys that came to do the job were not told that they were booked to come to me until 2 or after so arrived at 9.30 am. It’s a shame as the people on site were great but the organisation and communication need improvement. Also just received my invoice that still includes the loft ladder installation 🤦‍♀️

I really can't fault our experience with RefreshNI. From getting a quote to organising the installation of our new boiler. It was all completed within a week. The admin staff were very helpful in organising a time, to commence work, to meet our schedule. Very prompt, friendly and professional in all their correspondence. Louis was the engineer allocated to our job to remove the old boiler and install the new one. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and answered any questions we had. His work was excellent and considering the small space he was working in, he left it spotless. We will continue to use RefreshNI for our annual boiler services and would highly recommend. I've just had an air source heat pump installed and it has been an extremely positive experience. From start to completion, Josh and the team at Refresh NI were friendly, professional and great with all communication. The team that came on to install it were a great bunch of guys who were friendly, respectful and fantastic at what they do, they left my house clean and clutter free everyday and the finish is better than what I thought it would be. I would have no hesitation in recommending Refresh NI.

When I applied for the gas heating I wasn't sure as floorboards had to be taken up. However, Pippa went above and beyond to convince me that it was the right way to go and I am now benefiting hugely from her advice. She genuinely cared.
